We handle all the research
Our full time seasoned professionals research an average of 300-400 properties each week. We verify all types of liens- city, state, federal, back taxes, senior and junior deeds of trusts that may be available. We drive each and every property inspecting them as best as our researchers are physically able to, so that when we deliver them to you they are excellent investment opportunities. All of our properties on our site are already purchased, owned, or controlled by NW Property Wholesalers.

We streamline the purchasing process
You no longer need to waste your precious time or money tracking, doing research, and attending sales to only find out that you may get outbid by the seasoned competition or that the auction has been postponed or cancelled all together. We give you, the small time investor, the opportunity to acquire real properties at true wholesale prices below market value.

Purchasing Procedure-
We suggest you get familiar with one of our sales associates for more personable knowledge of how we work. All offers are considered on a first come, first serve basis. No offer will be considered and no property will be removed from the market until we have received the required Earnest Money Deposit from the Buyer.

You can take your time to evaluate the properties
Working with us, you get the ability to take your time in evaluating your investment opportunities. You have time to do all of your own due diligence at your own pace. Imagine not having to close fast or pay all cash just to close a great deal. Buying from us, we offer you an opportunity where you can become educated on each property and make decisions at your own pace.

We provide Private & Hard-Money financing
We have arranged Private & Hard Money financing for all of our properties with a few of our associated, local and out of state private/hard money lenders. Our financing is immediate and does not limit any borrower to a certain number of loans. We Also allow for buyers to utilize Conventional Loans for acquisition of our inventory- Please see special terms under financing options.

Our inventory changes daily
We attend all sales, in all counties in the Portland Metro Area,  five days a week and our inventory may change hourly. Please be sure to check the site frequently, or Create an Account. Hot deals, vacant and desirable location properties do not last long. Remember we operate on a first come first serve basis only. We do not have a secret call list.
