Inspecting Properties

Our Site contains properties that are both vacant and occupied. We can not tell you the risk associated with viewing an occupied property. The parties in possession are normally being sued to be forcibly removed from the premises by state law and their state of mind is unknown. Although some past buyers have successfully viewed occupied properties we do not endorse this type of activity.

We suggest that you inspect properties once they are vacant. All vacant properties will have a lockbox with a combo for you to access them. We have a LIABILITY AGREEMENT that must be signed before we will give you the code to any of our properties. Please contact your sales rep for codes and entry.
